Body Back Transformation®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. This program is thoughtfully and creatively designed especially for moms, however all women are welcome to join.

You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Please note that for your safety, chest lamps are REQUIRED for ALL outdoor classes in less than optimal lighting. Clients are responsible for providing their own chest lamps and ensuring they are adequately charged at class time. We also ask that you purchase either an 8lb or 10lb set of dumbbells at a retailer of your choice for use in class; all other exercise equipment is provided.

Cancellation policy
Please note: This program is not appropriate for pregnant women. Postpartum moms should be at least 6 months after delivery.
Body Back classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides. Our 8-week session is limited to 8 moms so you receive individualized attention and coaching. Program payments are non-refundable, since your payment holds your spot in the course.
