Body Back® 4 Week Mini Session
Your four week mini session includes:
- Twice a week, small group, HIIT training classes
- Digital nutrition guide and recipe book
- Optional food journaling and nutrition coaching
- Optional before and after measurements
- Access to your instructor and connection to your peers via a private message board
- A supportive, inspiring, and uplifting community to help you reach your personal goals
Please note: This program is not appropriate for pregnant women. Postpartum moms should be at least 6 months after delivery.
Body Back classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides. Our 8-week session is limited to 8 moms so you receive individualized attention and coaching. Program payments are non-refundable, since your payment holds your spot in the course.
